Position Summary

Location: Blakely, GA

Type of Position: Full-Time nights 4 on/4 off (8pm to 8am)

This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations for the Georgia Local Dedicated business with an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service and value.

Essential Functions

Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication with customer and drivers and problem resolution

Being the main point of contact for our drivers, ensuring they have what they need to be successful in their role

Coordinate trailer needs daily with the Hi-Rise and transportation

Prioritize workflow to satisfy the customers

Continue to instill our values and culture in your daily interactions with other PTI employees, outside customers, and everyone you will interact with

Manage daily trailer moves both inbound and out bound

Audit and Reconcile reports and bills

Manage and schedule drivers: maintain full staffing and coverage

Drive a Crash-free, Injury-free and Compliant Safety Culture

Daily computer data entry & paperwork processing for Georgia Pacific

Projects by request by your manager

The ideal candidate must be a team player and ability to work independently, with excellent interpersonal, problem solving, communication, organization and analytical skills. Must be proficient in analyzing and solving problems plus be able to manage critical situations effectively.

Education and Experience Requirements

Two years of experience in Transportation/Management

Proficient with Excel and Word
