Mobile Home Park Property Manager Needed
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $10/hour Starting
Location: Chipley, FL
Responsibilities:
· Available at all times for emergencies that may arise on property.
· Patrol park and inspect facilities daily, reporting issues as observed.
· Respond to phone calls, texts and emails, and be accessible to tenants.
· Maintain general office duties and maintain files.
· Utilize subcontractors for maintenance needs in partnership with park owner.
· Interview all prospective tenants.
· Maintain bookkeeping records through management software.
· Respond to residents' complaints and emergencies.
· Enforce park rules and regulations and document enforcement activity.
· Maintain and keep daily journal; forward to park owner.
· Maintain inventory records of park assets.
· Evict residents and tenants when required.
· Advertise for and fill vacant units.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Property Manager or relevant role
- Understanding of property management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of property management software is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
