We are real estate investors that own a small portfolio of rental units in Enterprise, AL. We need someone to check on the properties twice per week (all very very close to each other), collect rents, show units to prospective tenants, handle arranging maintenance requests, etc. Huge plus if you have experience in this field or access to contractors for repairs. Must have a smartphone, a professional demeanor, and a flexible schedule. Great for someone looking for a really easy, super flexible gig. All tenants are great and the units are nice so minimal problems expected. Pay will be $100 per week plus incentives. Expected workload is less than 5 hours per week.
