We are looking for qualified Appointment Setter candidates with experience in these areas:

- Membership Sales,

- Appointments,

- Communications,

- Outreach,

- Events/Event Planning

The PART TIME PLUS (20-30 hours per week) positions available to begin ASAP: Afternoon, evening, weekend, and/or weekend mornings availability a must. The more flexibility, the better.

Requirements:

+ People Skills - Must genuinely like people! Youll be working with kids, families, & adults of all ages. Be Outgoing, Fun, & have Magnetic Personality

+ Leadership & communication skills to ensure that our company reaches its growth goals through daily appointment setting, new membership sales, & in house / outreach events

+ Reliable: Must have own transportation, be one time, & able to ensure that the day to day operations follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Must be able to commute to Dothan for work.

+ Caring & Detail Oriented: Help foster a superior client experience for our members & provide Excellent Customer Service Always.

+ Patience & Flexibility - Must be able to roll with the punches Not literally ;)

+ Be FUN, High Energy, & Willing & Able to share the mission, programs, & success stories of our members on social media, at outreach, & events

Software / Technical Skills & Additional Requirements

+ Some College/College Degree preferred (Flexible hours are great for Grad/University students!)

+ Social Media platforms: FB, IG

+ MS Office, Google Drive, or similar suite of programs, especially Excel/Spreadsheets

+ Comfortable using (or learning) Customer Relations Management Software/databases. (We will provide training)

+ Canva and/or simple photo editing, video editing is preferred but not required (We will provide training)

Compensation:

$10-$15 hour (Depending on experience)

+ Event Bonuses
