DUTIES:
Perform water extraction and fire cleaning.
Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that has affected by the water loss.
Perform light construction demo upon approval.
Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor daily.
Perform hard surface cleaning
Support team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability to communicate with others' written and verbal forms.
Restoration experience preferred but not required, will train.
Must be familiar with and be able to operate a wide range of equipment common to construction demo.
Must be able to work for a long period at extreme temperatures both hot and cold.
Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water, and wind damage.
Must be able to respond to after- hour's service calls during inclement weather.
Requires a valid driver's license and have a clean record.
