This is a Part-time cleaning position with the typical work week consisting of:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8pm-9:30pm (1 crew member 1.5 hours/day 3 days/week)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness of facility
- Cleaning of all common areas, bathrooms, and all other assigned areas of facility.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
- Trash removal.
- Cleaning of all common and customer/employee service areas for cleanliness.
- Ensure all client and common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting for visitors.
- Maintain clean, safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ years office, commercial or residential cleaning, high traffic facility.
- Demonstrate and promote great customer service attitude with pride in your work.
- Fast worker showing initiative and follow through.
- Bilingual English-Spanish, a plus but not required.
- Well groomed, displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, attitude as appropriate for business office.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and handling of cleaning supplies.
- Must be able to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements needed for cleaning
- Able to properly clean upholstery, all types of floors, walls, ceilings, windows, vents, doors, lights, trash cans, blinds, equipment, furniture and various types of surfaces.
- Available to work flexible schedule.
- Available to work overtime or weekends if needed.
- Need to be able to start work immediately.
REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Must have previous janitorial experience
- Must have a clean background check
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a keen eye for details
- Must be very organized and able to follow a routine that provides regular daily inspection and clean assigned areas
- Must have a friendly personality and willing to accommodate other's
- Must have general knowledge of computer and cell phone
- Must have reliable transportation
