Local apartment community now hiring in the maintenance department.
Weekly pay, no hold back week.
Grounds, trash-out vacant apartments, assist maintenance tech as needed.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Driver’s license a plus but not necessary.
Must pass background check.
Monday through Friday Days 8:00 to 4:00
Must be physically fit and able to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands and fingers to control objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. The employee must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons).
