Hart Spine & Rehab is expanding! We are now accepting applications for a Physical Therapist (full-, part-time, or PRN). The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about their patients' health and desires to grow with a local practice.
Hart Spine & Rehab is a locally owned, multi-discipline private practice in Montgomery, Alabama. Our clinic consists of physical therapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy. We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals with an emphasis on interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities:
Provide the effective, individualized physical therapy treatments, evaluations, and related services as established by state law.
Building long-lasting relationships with patients, colleagues, doctors/physicians/referral sources
Tailoring each treatment plan to each individual; listen to their goals and aspirations and create a plan that works for them.
Taking the initiative in supervisory skills, as well as the ability to interpret and implement changes to resolve a variety of problems.
Required Skills:
Must possess a license to practice physical therapy in Alabama.
Must possess the ability to relate to and work well with patients, peers, and supervisors.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess exceptional communication skills.
