Samata Wellness Solutions provides counseling, massage therapy, yoga and fitness services to the Enterprise, AL community.
General Job Description:
-This is a contract position
-Growing wellness center is seeking a therapist to receive incoming referrals for child adult and couples services.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
-Provide counseling services to individuals and families
-Provide services within scope of practice
Minor Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain charts for clients on case load
-Collect payments from clients on case load
Qualifications for the job:
-Education
-Licensed by the state of Alabama to provide psychotherapy services (LPC, ALC, LCSW, LMFT)
-Master's Degree or higher in counseling, clinical social work or psychology
MA, MEd, MSW, PHD
-Credential with Medicaid a plus
Experience
Experience with adults, children and families treating trauma, issues of childhood, issues related to medical care, addiction, marital issues, issues related to LGBTQ and women's issues preferred
Key Competencies:
-Evidence of liability insurance with an aggregate limit of at least $3,000,000.00
-experience with EHR
-Medicaid credentials a plus
-Willingness to work afternoon/evening/Saturday hours a plus
