SSG is a Federal Services General Contractor headquartered in Sacramento, California. Currently seeking an On-Site Project Manager to be our Key Personnel to interact with the Government on behalf of the Corporate office.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of Janitorial/ Custodial Project Management experience;
Experience working at Ft. Rucker is a plus, but not a must;
Previous experience at any DoD site would suffice;
Excellent operational management (I.e. scheduling employees, budget management, hiring new employees, customer relations and employee relations);
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
Ability to deal with different levels of management and the client;
Ability to forecast for supplies and procurement;
Effectively managing internal employee problems without effecting the client and quality of work.
Must have a high school diploma
A college degree or equivalent experience
CIMS certified or applicable
QC Management Certified or applicable
Hazwoper Certified or OSHA Certified
