We are looking for three to four candidates for cooks and general food service work. The jobs are on Ft. Rucker so you will have to be able to pass a background check to even get on the post. You will also need to get your Food Handler ServSafe Certificate before the job starts. We are looking to be open the second week in July. The more qualifications you have, the better the pay will be. The hours are 5am-10am and 10am-3pm. The two snack bars are located at Hanchey Airfield and Cairns Airfield. No nights and no weekends required and all Federal Holiday’s are off. Also Christmas break is 10 days, unpaid. Cooks must be able to prove proficiency with a fryer and a flat top grill. Interviews will be held off site first and then if you are qualified and interested, we will bring you on post to interview in the kitchen where you will be asked to demonstrate knowledge. Only serious candidates need to apply. Again, MUST be able to pass a strict background check to get onto Ft. Rucker and Cairns Airfield. There is no charge for the background and you will need to do this yourself at the Daleville Gate Visitor’s Center.
