MEMBER RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Employee will be responsible for account opening & loan applications/closings as well as cross-selling our services to the members. The MRS also will provide excellent service by assisting/teaching members how to use the ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) through lobby management & requests for assistance. Additionally, the MRS will help members with any type of account maintenance or service needs they may have. At times, the MRS will be involved in outside business calling or community events. Additionally, the MRS role is responsible for outbound calling to our members to offer additional products & services or make them aware of promotions that we are offering that may benefit them.
The pay scale ranges from $13.50 - $20.00 depending on experience. Experience in a financial institution opening and servicing accounts would be preferred. Sales experience is a plus. The candidate would certainly need to possess the personality type of a successful salesperson.
