Field Representatives are Independent Contractors representing our clients in the field and are paid per completed transaction.
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:
Business Documentation: Valid EIN #, a DBA, LLC, or INC registered with your State or County, and a Checking Account in your business's name
Internet accessible device (computer, tablet, phone) w/ printer
Access to reliable transportation with appropriate auto insurance
Flexible availability
Ability to pass a basic background check
Be professional, with strong oral and written communication skills
Be comfortable doing face-to-face interviews with consumers
Smartphone (w/ location service capability)
Ability to turn transactions in on time
SERVICE TYPES:
Field Calls - $12 and up (Fees are based on area/location of your coverage)
Attempting to make face-to-face contact with a consumer at a provided address, and the delivery of a client letter. Additionally, an inspection is performed. The inspection involves taking photos of the property and/or collateral, as well as documenting various elements of the property. Following the visit, complete and submit results from your mobile device
Field Calls (multi-run) - $18 and up (Fees are based on area/location of your coverage)
Attempting up to 3 runs to a provided address. If the goal is met, an additional success fee is paid.
Letter Deliveries - $6 and up (Fees are based on area/location of your coverage
Delivering a letter to a provided address. Take photos of the property. Following the visit, complete and submit the results from your mobile device.
Face-2-Face - $12 and up (Fees are based on area/location of your coverage)
Similar to a field call, a face to face service is attempting to assist the consumer with loss mitigation programs between them and their lender. A visit is made to the provided address, with the goal being contact made with the consumer. If no one is at home, a letter is left. Following the visit, complete and submit the results from your mobile device.
YOUR COVERAGE AREA:
It is important to our clients that transactions are completed on time. Successful contractors cover a 20 to 25 mile radius from either their location. This enables the contractor to attempt transactions within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. There are times when contractors may be asked to complete transactions outside of that radius, and additional pay will be negotiable.
PAY:
RP Field Services pays contractors based on their coverage area, transaction type, and reported results. Our fee range is $6.00 to $40.00 per transaction. Individuals in remote areas should call our office to go over their potential area and fees. RP Field pays completed work on a net 30 day period, and we pay weekly via ACH payments.
The above fees are subject to change by mutual agreement. The fee schedule is intended to reflect typical circumstances and conditions. Fees are negotiable for special circumstances.
