The ideal candidate must have experience in Xactimate estimating is a MUST, disaster restoration (water, fire, and mold damage). Proven and effective management skills, Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple jobs.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude with a high level of personal pride and professionalism. The applicant should be organized, self-starting, reliable, and flexible; customer-service oriented and should be proficient on the computer, quickly able to learn new software programs.
Applied structural drying certified with Commercial restoration and/or construction experience. Project management skills: the ability to show leadership, accountability, communicate, solve problems, self-motivated, create and maintain schedules, multitask, and organize.
· Valid driver's license is necessary.
· No criminal record.
Background check and drug tests will be required.
Able to communicate with others.
Must be willing to travel and respond to 24/7 emergency demands.
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
