Join a great team doing great work! We are looking for a Back-End Estimator / Production Manager who Cares for People and wants to Deliver Excellence. This position is responsible for reviewing the estimate and auditing for accuracy, supervising and ensuring that all pre-ordered parts are correct, ensuring adherence to UCC’s disassembly procedures, overseeing the smooth work flow throughout the shop, negotiating effectively with insurance companies for a safe and proper repair, ensuring all repairs are done according to OEM repair procedures and supervising the schedule and processing of all vehicle repairs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements to work for us include, but are not limited to:
Minimum of five years experience in writing collision repair estimates
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years of age
This position requires a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle record that meets certain insurance standards.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Positive, “can do” attitude.
Desire to Care for People and Deliver Excellence
Desire to continuously learn and grow
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
