Highland Finance seeking to hire both licensed and non-licensed life and/or health insurance agents in the Pensacola FL, Panama City FL, Tallahassee FL, Jacksonville FL and Dothan AL areas.
Highland Finance is part of a multi-million dollar independent insurance market. Our office works with over one hundred carriers - giving our agents and clients excellent options! Ultimately, the duties of a sales agent are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the office sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Assess customers insurance needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products that may improve client coverage and risk management
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with clients
- Calling leads back to set appointments for consultation & prepare information as they requested
- Provide guidance on benefit plan
Skills
- Insurance, Sales or Service Industry experience
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Able to perform under pressure and in focused and in a timely manager
- Have or be willing to obtain and FL 125 license within 30 days of employment
- Smart Phone with Internet access
- Computer/Laptop with Internet access
- Reliable Transportation
