We're a reefer transport company that runs all 48 states and we're looking for 6 'over-the-road' drivers that can go out OTR for 2-3 weeks before home-time.
The positions will be Lease Purchase but with one very big difference.
These positions will include a free retirement program that will pay you up to $8000 monthly after you've given up to 6 years of exceptional, safe and responsible performance.
We know most transport co's give you all kinds of numbers and/or percentages to aid in confusing you and may rely of their sign-on bonus as their major reason you say - Yes! But, we'd rather cut to the chase and tell you what our guys typically take home each week. Our guys "take home" a weekly average between $1000 and $2100.

As you may know, a Lease Purchase is very similar to being an Owner Operator. But, there's no money or credit check required on your behalf. We don't have any trucks older than 6 years in our fleet in this program. You'll also get BIG fuel discounts at TA's, Petro's, Pilot, Flying J and Sapp Bros that 100% of all savings goes right into your weekly pay.
We've been around since 2005 and have had all the same typical problems of high turn-over like other trucking companies. And, this is why we've made a very big change to our program here that has cut our turnover to nearly nothing!

All of our trucks are Freightliner Cascadia's with very nice features like power inverters, heated/cooled seat, builtin refrigerators and many other nice features. They also all come with a 5-year / 500,000 mile warranty. You can see the pics attached to this posting.
What YOU need:
Class A CDL with 3 years min exp [minimum 1 yr with reefer trailers]
A good CSA and DAC record
Fairly clean driving record
Long-term in previous positions (we will be contacting prev employers to learn their experiences w/you)
A friendly personality
The ability to be on the road 2-3 weeks at a time
What we're trying to do is give back to our guys that devote themselves to one carrier and do an exceptional job.
