Full-Time Maintenance Make-Ready Technician need for a conventional apartment community in the Hoover/Riverchase area.
Job responsibilities include:
Maintaining the physical integrity of the property at all times.
Insuring a safe and secure living environment for Residents, visitors and staff.
Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and to protect the investment of the apartment property owner.
Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of (1) year multifamily maintenance experience. Weekend work & On-Call Emergency Maintenance may be required.
