Louis Allis is an electric motor manufacturing and repair facility in Warrior AL. We are currently looking to fill the following full time positions:
- Experienced Maintenance Technician - perform preventative maintenance on all shop equipment and vehicles, install new shop equipment as needed, perform equipment and facility repairs as needed. Must have mechanical and electrical experience. Welding experience is a plus.
- Experienced AC Motor Winder - take data for rewinds, strip motor windings, make coils, install coils, make connections, install leads, process windings, test windings
- Experienced Rotor Fabricator - taking rotor/stator data, unstacking/stacking laminations, installing rotor bars & end rings, tig welding, pressing in/pressing out shafts
- Shipping and Receiving Clerk - properly receive incoming items, properly skid/crate motors for shipment, schedule pickups/deliveries, communicate with customers regarding freight, communicate with truck lines regarding freight. This position requires the ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
