Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for two apartment complexes, one located in Montevallo, AL and the other located in Columbiana, AL.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm daily.
Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
Eligible for health, dental and life insurance benefits, PTO, and paid holidays.
$100 monthly fuel/cellphone stipend provided.
Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
