Starting pay is $16 - $18+ per hour with HVAC certification; $13 -$15 /hr. if no certification. Immediate openings with quality apartment communities in Shelby Co. and South Jefferson County.
REQUIREMENTS:
Current HVAC certification a big plus
At least 1-year apartment, house, or commercial maintenance experience (ex: plumbing, general, electrical, swimming pools, HVAC).
Must have own tools & have safe work practices.
Dependable, punctual with good work ethic.
100% trustworthy - able to be effective and work proactively with min. supervision.
Team mindset - willing to also pick up grounds, do whatever is needed to help keep up the community.
Temp to Hire & Temporary positions available on regular basis with quality B'ham area properties.
Candidate will help with all maintenance requests from tenants, apartment unit turnaround, and general repairs and upkeep.
