Lead Carpenter
Multi million dollar bathroom remodeling company looking for a Lead Carpenter. Work is plentiful, we just need a take charge kind of carpenter that understands all aspects of remodeling. The right candidate will be able to complete any bathroom remodeling project independently, efficiently and beautifully.
Responsibilities
- Full Bathroom Remodeling
- Travel to and from our customers' homes
- Keeping and keeping in good repair, tools, equipment and company vehicles
- A professional appearance, dress, grooming
- Working in an efficient, neat and orderly manner while in customers' homes
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
- General carpentry skills required
- Some Plumbing skills a plus
- General mechanical aptitude required
- Must be proficient at measuring, cutting accurately; must have soldering skills
- Must be able to lift and carry 75 #
- Must take pride in workmanship never short-cutting the process
- Must maintain a professional appearance, dress, grooming at all times.
- Must be able to work on your own
There are proprietary elements to our business that will have to be learned so a mandatory training period is required for all successful candidates company wide. Training is held in Huntsville or Birmingham so you must be willing to travel overnight through the week until training is complete. We cover the costs, pay for your food and pay you to train! You learn a new skill and get a job that pays better than most construction jobs.
