We are a high volume custom Cabinet shop in Leeds, Al. Looking for the diamond in the rough cabinet installer and field rep. This is a high expectation role that requires high caliber character and people skills, verifiable experience with long term character and quality references. You must already have detailed knowledge of full overlay, inset, beaded inset and frameless cabinet installation. You must also have experience solving cabinet/carpentry/finishing problems in the field while working along side other trades with a positive attitude. You must be very organized and self-managed. The first 3 months is probationary to see if you are the real deal but could be let go within a day if you are not. Punctuality and a very strong work ethic are required.
This job can start pay anywhere from $40k-$55k based on experience and can grow from there. The right person could be making great money and capturing an incredible opportunity.
