DEC is a local, family-owned restoration company specializing in the insurance related cleanup of fire, water and mold damage for residential and commercial structures. We have a reputation of providing quality work with attention to customer service. You must do the same. We are currently servicing over 50 residential construction jobs, with around 15 new ones coming in each week. We are a 24/7 emergency response business, so we have to be available when the call comes in. You must be available to be on-call some nights and weekends.
We are looking for two mitigation technicians to add to our current team. IICRC-WRT certification and experience in the industry would be a definite plus, but not a requirement. Most of all, we are looking for someone with a great attitude and the ability to work well with others in a high-demand situation. Reply to this ad with your resume and/or contact information.
Some of the minimum requirements for this position include:
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screen
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must wear a DEC uniform (t-shirt and khakis)
- Must be able to wear PPE when required (Tyvek suit, mask, gloves, etc)
- Perform on-site production services including water extraction and fire cleanup
- Must have some tablet/phone skills (email, texting, pictures, etc)
- Document and photograph the jobs as work progresses
- Must be willing to work overtime (nights and weekends on occasion)
- Make the customer happy
