Apartment community in the Bessemer area Villa Glen Apartments is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician. On call is required for this position. Must have extensive knowledge and repair experience in HVAC repairs / replacement as well as a strong understanding and working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, routine and preventative building maintenance repairs.
Qualified applicants must have an EPA CFC Type II or Universal refrigeration certification card.

Must be willing to work Monday-Friday, some weekends are required.
This position is full time and requires a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Must have:
Clean criminal record and submit to a background check
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Be willing to and pass a drug test
Reliable transportation
Own hand and service tools
Valid drivers license
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with past experiences and references
