Increase your clientele in our attractive, luxury beauty bar. Are you a self starter, motivated and have own clientele to some degree? We are looking for drama-free, likable, honest people. We have openings for stylists (licensed and unlicensed), with experience in 2 or more of the salon services listed below. Experience working with all hair types is highly desired.
NO ONE PERSON IS EXPECTED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ALL AREAS BELOW
Don't hesitate to respond if your expertise is only in a couple of the areas listed. As long as you are great at what you do, we have a need for each service listed.
Cut (Any person listing this as an area of expertise must able to demonstrate level of experience)
Hair color (Looking for stylists able to provide service in all areas of permanent color application.)
Sew-Ins (bundles, closures, full lace wigs, etc.)
Full lace wig application
Clip-in hair extensions
Tape-in hair extensions
Fusion hair extensions
Micro-ring hair extensions
Human hair dreadlock extensions
UNLICENSED stylist - If your expertise is only in the area of Hair extensions or natural hair care, we'd love to have you so don't hesitate to respond. While you will only be able to perform services that do not require a license, we have a spot for you!
LICENSED stylist - If you have a natural talent for doing hair, are a licensed cosmetologist and consider yourself one of the best at what you do, then we'd love to have you.
STILL INTERESTED? Here's what you need to do next:
Step 1: Email me @ [email protected] or text 205-913-7622, telling me a little about yourself, your experience and your areas of expertise. You will need to include pictures &/or video of your work. Once I've looked over your information, I'll determine if it meets our needs, and you will receive an invitation to our meet and greet mentioned below in step 2. No phone calls please. Email or text 7 days a week 24 hours a day. If I don't respond immediately, I will respond within 24 hours.
Step 2: We will be hosting a meet and greet for those who complete step 1. This will be a chance for you to bring one of your clients to showcase your work. Come see our beautiful space, have some great food and drinks and see if we are a fit for you. Have all your questions answered and even let us know whether you want to join us. (First come, first space).
Step 3: Before leaving the meet and greet, fill out a card with simply your name, desired space and whether you want to be a part of our team.
Step 4: We will contact stylists to extend a personal invitation to join our team.
