Increase your clientele in our attractive, luxury beauty bar. Benefit from our constant advertising, upcoming hair expo and more. Must be a self starter, motivated and have own clientele to some degree. Looking for drama-free, likable, honest people. We have openings for stylists (licensed and unlicensed), with experience in providing clients with 2 or more of the salon services listed below. Experience working with all hair types is highly desired.
NO ONE PERSON IS EXPECTED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ALL AREAS BELOW
Don't hesitate if your expertise is only in a couple of the areas listed. We have a need for each and every skill listed.

Cut (Any person listing this as an area of expertise must be very good at it on multiple hair types)
Hair color (Looking for stylists able to provide service in all areas of coloring. While basic coloring, highlights, etc. are needed. many clients will want shades of purple, pink, blue, and more on their own hair as well as extensions. The right person will also have the opportunity to be paid to do custom coloring on multiple hair extensions on an on-going basis from the beauty bar)
Sew-Ins (bundles, closures, full lace wigs, etc.)
Full lace wig application
Clip-in hair extensions
Tape-in hair extensions
Fusion hair extensions
Micro-ring hair extensions
Human hair loc extensions
UNLICENSED stylist - If your expertise is only in the area of natural hair or extensions, we'd love to have you so don't hesitate to respond. While you will only be able to perform services that do not require a license, we have a spot for you!
LICENSED stylist - If you have a natural talent for doing hair, are a licensed cosmetologist and consider yourself one of the best at what you do, then we'd love to have you.
HAIR EXTENSIONS:
Our owner personally goes to India and makes in-person purchases of only the best, virgin, raw temple hair. That's what sets us apart from the competition. We only sell the best hair on the market and WE HAVE PROOF TO BACK IT UP. Being a part of our beauty bar allows you to be your own boss, benefit from our luxury salon and brand new equipment. Your clients can purchase hair from our beauty bar and for every purchase made by your clients, you receive a commission. Make extra money from our extension (wefts, closures, full lace wigs, loc extensions, and much more, in stock for your clients).
While we do not allow the sell or distribution of any other hair extension brands or supplies in our shop, your clients may purchase hair elsewhere and bring it to their appointment with you to have it installed. However, no person renting space or working in the beauty bar may promote, solicit, sell, or attempt to sell any other type of hair or supplies and must sign an agreement to that effect before a lease will be accepted. Don't worry, you'll have a chance to check out our hair quality before deciding if you want to be a part of our team.
STILL INTERESTED? Here's what you need to do next:
Step 1: Email me @ [email protected] or text 205-913-7622, briefly telling me about yourself, your experience and your areas of expertise. You will need to include pictures and video of your styling capabilities on 2 or more clients. Once I've looked over your information, I'll determine if it meets our needs, and you will receive an invitation to our meet and greet mentioned below in step 2. No phone calls please. Email or text 7 days a week 24 hours a day. If I don't respond immediately, I will respond within 24 hours.
Step 2: We will be hosting a meet and greet next month for those who complete step 1 and have provided sufficient, visible proof of their area of service and have an interest in being a part of our team. The meet and greet will be a chance for you to bring one of your clients to showcase your work (along with pictures and or video of work being completed by you on said client). Come see our beautiful space, check out our top quality, raw, virgin hair, have some great food and drinks and see if we are a fit for you. Have all your questions answered and even let us know whether you want to join us. (First come, first space).
Step 3: Before leaving the meet and greet, fill out a card with simply your name, desired space and whether you want to be a part of our team. We will choose based on the following: 1st to officially request space at meet and greet, and 2nd, our impression of your client's hair that your bring to the meet and greet.
Step 4: We will contact you to extend a personal invitation to join our team.
