-Assist clients with float therapy serving as their Float Attendant
-Provide float pool maintenance
-Position allowed to accept tips from satisfied clients
-Clean facility daily, including mopping floors, laundry, cleaning staff break-room
-To work safely, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
-Assist patients as needed
-To be courteous and polite to patients, visitors, staff and colleagues, at all times.
-Attention to detail and cleanliness.
-Good organizational and analytical skills
-Possess a caring and sympathetic manner and share company's ideals of patient first, patient care
-Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
-Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
-Ability to relate to persons with diverse educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.
-Ability to work quickly and multi-task.
-Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making.
-Ability to demonstrate high quality customer service.
-Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures. Previous EMR experience preferred but not required.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
