What you can expect from us:
Unlike other sales opportunities, Renewal by Andersen utilizes referrals and marketers to set appointments. Which means absolutely NO COLD CALLING for our sales consultants. The appointments you are provided are pre-set and pre-qualified before you visit our customers' homes.
Compensation for performance is a salesperson’s greatest motivator! Our compensation plans rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate as well as the opportunity for bonuses. The average annual income for our Design Consultants is $125,000- $250,000.
To ensure you are trained for success, we offer eight weeks of paid training. The training will provide you with product knowledge and our proven sales methodology. The ongoing coaching, training and supportive atmosphere will build the skills and confidence you want and need to be successful.
Qualifications
A successful Sales Consultant will possess:
· High school degree or equivalent
· Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
· 1+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
· A proven track record of closing sales (preferred but not required)
· A strong passion to exceed customer expectations
· Flexible Schedule
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-motivated and results driven demeanor
· Time management skills
· Ability to work independently
