Dovers Mattress Closeout Center Of Birmingham is looking for a Motivated, Friendly, Smiling, Hard Working Sales Associate. Lifting Required
Dovers Mattress Closeout Center Has 5 locations and about to open a 6th location in north Alabama. We focus on providing Name Brand Mattress Closeouts discounted 50-75% off retail to our customers. We work hard to find closeout mattresses and pass the crazy low price to you. We are different than any other local mattress chain We really are a discount mattress center. This location alone sold almost 2,000 mattresses last year. Great possibility available. If you have past retail or mattress experience and are motivated by commission (no limits) plus guaranteed hourly salary (estimated around $10.00 Hour/Paid Weekly PLUS MOST MANAGERS HAVE 8 hours overtime per week) opportunity, then this is a great opportunity for you. Our Sales Team Members needs to be motivated to help customers find that perfect mattress with confidence but yet not pushy. We are currently accepting applications & resumes for this position and hiring a sales team member to start immediately. Store Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:am-6:pm,
Position offers 40 plus hours a week.
Saturday is required. 1 week paid vacation after 1 yr employed.

Responsibilities or Facts of this position include, but are not limited to:
Possible Quick Training To Store Manager
post Crailgslist Ads DAILY
Saturday Required
Unloading Trucks & Loading Customers
Stack & Unstack Mattresses for customers
Meeting and greeting customers entering the store
Assisting customers through the product selection process
Must keep a professional appearance and attitude
Receive inventory & bills in computer system
Entering sales, customer and product information into computer
Assisting Customers With Financing
Maintaining the showroom by keeping mattress stacks straight, Sweeping & Moping Floor, aligning floor showroom, making and replacing missing price tags, etc.
Cleaning and keeping bathroom, warehouse clean and kept up.
Ability to lift mattresses
Ability to be on feet for an 8 hour shift
Willing and able to work overtime hours when needed (stay until all customers are out of the store and clean up quickly)
Have a cell phone with Facebook to post & answer ads for the store
Basic computer knowledge & POS experience a plus
Valid Driver's License
May Be required to fill in at other locations but rare.
