We need an ambitious sales manager who has excellent communication and organizational skills. One who can implement processes and strategy for the internal sales team. If you have over 5 years of industrial sales management, are intuitive and can improve the work processes and complete the sale with on-time delivery - that's a win! You are the glue that makes the inside sales team run smoothly. You have the ability to lead groups of people in a team manner to create a standard workflow format that complements the manufacturing side of the sale.
You lead and mentor teams, and know how to take care of the customer. Bachelor Degree Needed. It's a plus if you've worked with municipalities, or industrial companies regarding their product solutions for the waste water industry. Enjoy a strong salary plus all benefits.
