Hiring Immediately- leasing consultant in a busy apartment community!
Full time position now available, 40 hours a week. Must be available to work Saturdays 9am-5pm. Must be outgoing, driven, customer service oriented, and a sales machine. Friendly and upbeat attitude at all time is a must! HIGH ENERGY! Make our prospects fall in love with our community. Customer service experience desired and great people skills is a must. Are you someone that makes friends with anyone and are comfortable putting yourself out there? This job is for you! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn the trade of property management!
Responsibilities will include:- Tour apartment homes with new prospects- Process new resident applications- Lease signings- Online advertisements like Craigslist, Apartment Finder, etc.- Handling resident requests and submitting maintenance requests- Assist in administrative duties- Multi-task- Set leasing appointments through lead phone calls and internet leads- Must be detail oriented- Must be friendly and easily connect with prospects.
