Sales Associate:

Cashiers at MinitMan play a meaningful role in our local communities. Our cashiers have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards our customers! They ensure our customers have the best experience by providing friendly customer service and fast transactions in a visually appealing atmosphere.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obey all company policies and procedures.
Adhere to all laws and regulations in regards to selling regulated products.
Provide best in class customer service.
Stock/restock and rotate merchandise.
Assist customers and inform customers monthly deals.
Ensure interior/exterior of store is kept clean and appearance is pleasing to customers as well as up to company standards.
Accurately perform cashier duties - operating cash, check, and card transactions on register with precision while following company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 19+ years of age.
Ability to pass drug test.
Communication and cash handling skills
Committed to providing superior customer service to our customers that is welcoming and respectful.
Able to work in fast paced environments that require standing for extended periods of time, walking, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting and reaching.
Able and willingness to move with strong sense of urgency.
Able to multi-task to perform job related duties.
Able to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks.
Able to work weekends on a regular basis.
Able to work day, evening, or night shift(s).
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Work independently as well as a member of a team.
Maintain personal hygiene.
Maintain composure under stress.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+1yr Cashier related experience
