Cloud Nine is looking for upbeat, energetic personalities that want to enjoy working in our alternative shopping environment selling miscellaneous tobacco products and smoking accessories, vapes, as well as t-shirts, jewelry, accessories, hookahs, etc.
If you aren't familiar with us already you might like to know that we also have a tattoo and body piercing studio here. So if you've got tattoos, piercings or rainbow colored hair, yeah, you can show your personal style at Cloud Nine. That's our thing!
If you are productive, take pride in providing excellent customer service and can think outside the box you'll never be bored at this job located in 5 Points Southside. Applicants should be adept using social media but not waste time playing on their phones while on the clock.
"What does the job entail?" Look, it's a retail jobYou'd be a SALES ASSOCIATE helping customers, selling stuff, running the cash register, answering the phone, tidying up, stocking the shelves with inventory, pricing stuff, cleaning, straightening up clothing racks, emptying trash, and cleaning the bathroom. You know, typical retail responsiblities but in a cool shop with good music, warped humor and no corporate dress codes.
Entry level starting wage is $8.00 plus tips, promos and monthly "performance bonuses" based on your sales numbers, etc. Good employees can boost their average earnings by an average of $2-3 more per hour. Not bad for working in a headshop, right?! Kick it into customer service overdrive and you have potential to make more and advance.
We have primarily afternoon, night and weekend shifts available. We are open 7 days a week until midnight or later.
Sun 12-12
Mon 10am-12midnight
Tues & Wed 10am-7pm
Thurs 10am-12midnight,
Fri & Sat 10am-3amyes, in the morning.
At this time we primarily need people to work evening shifts starting at either 2pm or 6pm until close.
Must be at least 19 years of age with valid photo ID and legal to work in the US. All ages encouraged to apply.
