Pinnacle Motorsports, a Leader in the Powersports Industry, has an opening for a Service Advisor for their expanding Service Department.
Direct Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required. Some technical knowledge is helpful, but the primary qualities needed for the job is Good Selling Skills, Organization, and Communication Skills but above all is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Primary Duties include:
Meeting & Greeting Service Customers
Writing the initial Repair Order
Maintaining the RO throughout the repair process and updating the customer
Checking out the customer at Pick Up
Meeting new Sales Customers and review the Maintenance Schedule
