Property Manager needed for a Section 8 apartment community in Talladega, AL. HUD experience is required.
Under policy direction of the Regional Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for all phases of the on-site operation of a property. Including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the physical property; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.
