We are seeking a qualified part time maintenance technician who will live on site and work under Red Rock Property Management supervisors. Gardendale Terrace Apartments is a small 28 (1) bedroom (1) bath complex in the city of Gardendale. Applicant must have proven 3 years maintenance experience with multi-family or related positions. This position requires certain duties that include, but are not limited to: preparing vacant apartments for move-in, which may require cleaning, painting and repairs as needed. Showing units to perspective tenants. Grounds keeping and respond to resident maintenance service requests. Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs with a strong focus toward safety. Professional presentation, attitude and good communicator. Must provide own power and hand tools and pass background screening check. Liability Insurance is provided.
