Able Realty of Birmingham is a young and growing real estate company in need of a Qualifying Broker. The company is owned by an experienced agent with 25 years of leadership experience as a Pastor (prior to securing real estate license) and 12 years of licensed real estate experience.
Our upscale office is located at 2700 Corporate Drive, Birmingham, just off Hwy 280. While we will not require daily office hours, state law does require a Qualifying Broker to be "available full-time."
Duties will include:
-Assist Owner in recruiting and training new agents
-Keep office operations in full compliance with state law
-Maintain all files required by state law
-Assist Owner in keeping E and O insurance in force
-Assist Owner in website maintenance
-Advertising and marketing
Qualities Required
-Person of honesty and integrity
-Proven track record of sales
-Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
-Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
-Trustworthy and results-driven
-Basic knowledge of MS Office
-Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker
-People person with good communication skills
-Problem solver
-Detail oriented
-Positive, respectful and cheerful attitude
Other
Must sign non-compete agreement with the primary stipulation that you will not seek to recruit agents from the company in the event of your departure from the company. You can take your listings.
Compensation
-Office provided at company expense
-100% of commission on personal sales
-Percentage of agents' sales to be determined at interview
-E and O insurance paid by company
-Stock options to be available in 2019
