The Renaissance at Galleria Apartments is seeking an individual that meets the following criteria to fill our leasing agent position. No multifamily experience required, but honest interest in excelling in the industry is a must.
All candidates must:
ï¿ Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must be loyal and ready to succeed.
ï¿ Understand and be prepared to exhibit professionalism in all aspects of your demeanor, including but not limited to appearance, interactions and job duties.
ï¿ Be prepared to offer extraordinary customer service to every person you come in contact with.
ï¿ Always exhibit excellent communication, no matter the situation individual or affiliation.
ï¿ Able to meld and work with a team while showing adaptability and eagerness to learn.
ï¿ Show excitement for the job while completing all tasks.
ï¿ Be organized and detailed.
ï¿ Show excellent time management.
ï¿ Exhibit some understanding of Fair Housing.
ï¿ Be able to use all available sources of information and training to succeed.
ï¿ Be able to accept and implement all direction and feedback received from supervisors.
ï¿ Be able to work at least 40 hours a week including some Saturday and Sunday hours when required.
ï¿ Be punctual arriving to work and completing normal and delegated job duties.
Have a solid background in customer service; i.e., hospitality, server, retail.
