Leads Manager Job Description:
Job Summary
As Leads Manager for Portfolio Property Group, LLC you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients. We are a small, fast-growing company. Our mission is to help our clients, tenants, partners and team members to succeed and profit. You will be responsible for managing calls, incoming leads, and overseeing our lead database. Job Details
· Full-time; Monday-Friday; 9a-5p
· Work from home initially, transitioning to our Clairmont office within 3 months.
· $12 + Bonus
· Must provide own Windows computer/laptop, headset, and phone while working at home.
· Must have access to reliable and fast internet service.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
· Manage phone calls (outbound and inbound), emails, and database
· Track marketing leads and collateral
· Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
· Must be comfortable speaking with various types of people
· High level of verbal and written communication
· Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines
· Provide daily reports and communicate with team members regularly
· Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and decorum at all times
· Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture
Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)
· 1+ year of Customer Service or Sales; Marketing experience a plus
· Experience managing a CRM
· Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, and phone system
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
· Dedication to high quality service
· Confident in presenting and selling services
