USML is a highly established mortgage company seeking Loan Officers (LO's) to help expand opportunity to offer unique loan programs that banks do not offer.

EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICER OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking the self motivated independent (LO) contractors that work from their home or office and can generate their own business from start to finish Once the loan has closed you will transfer via google drive all disclosures, conditions, post closing documents, payout request to US mortgage lenders for 90% payout. Max compensation is 2.75% of the total loan amount. You choose either borrower or lender paid. Use our list of approved niche wholesale mortgage lenders and earn 90% 1099 commission income on each closing. We take care of all NMLS call reporting and audit compliance. Your self employed contractor responsible for all your own leads and business expenses.
1099 CLOSING PAYOUT EXAMPLE
Max payout from primary home loans are 2.75% of the loan amount.
1 Gross commission = $5000 - 10% = $500 - $200 QC = -700 Bank Transfer to LO $4300
2 Gross commission = $7500 - 10% = $750 - $200 QC = -950 Bank Transfer to LO $6550
3 Gross commission = $10,000 - 10% = $1000 - $200 QC = -1200 Bank Transfer to LO $8800
All proceeds paid out within 24 hours of receipt of closing docs.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have an active NMLS mortgage originator license in each state you do business.
Must work from home or office and pay for all your own expenses.
Must be able to fully process and submit loans from start to finish.
Must maintain company reputation by keeping clients and realtors updated weekly.
Must Immediately put out any fires to maintain strong company reputation.
Must work at your home or your office.
Must pay for all your own marketing expenses.
Must sign up and pay for your own Calyx point.
Must pay or charge clients credit pull though plus credit pull $22 single pull or $35 joint pull.
