Mason Music is a growing company here in Birmingham, Alabama, that relies on its studio managers to run the business at each lesson studio location. Duties include sales, appointment scheduling, hiring and managing teachers and receptionists, maintaining facility standards, managing budgets, retail inventory management, and coordinating events. Join our management team and you will be working alongside several peers who will offer support, guidance and all the training you will need to succeed. This position will challenge, motivate and encourage you, and test your bandwidth and efficiency. You MUST be a highly productive, goal oriented, organized, great at communicating, self motivated, people-person who can work well alone or with a team. You MUST love music to work here. It's why we exist! For outside hires, this position has a 6-month training period before reaching full-time salary status.
