Looking for an individual to work in the Birmingham, AL area (prefer within 5 miles of Hoover) as an assistant in my vacation/rental management company.
Dedicated individual seeking long-term employment. Initially Part-time 2-3 days per week, but looking for someone to help grow the company so that it will become 4-5 days per week.
Can work 1-2 weekends per month, nights and occasional full weeks.
Ability to work alone and take initiative. After the training period, most work will be done in your own home.
Must be flexible in work hours/days.
Computer savvy - able to work in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, at a minimum
Detail Oriented
Must be creative with advertising skills and ability to use correct grammar for writing letters, creating post cards, mail outs and formulating emails.
Ability to work with Customer Service issues in a calm, upbeat and positive manner.
Ability to problem-solve.
Some sales experience.
Comfortable working with social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other internet based applications.
Must own your own cell phone.
Must have a laptop computer with Microsoft products.
Must be willing to travel periodically to the Panhandle area of Florida (use your car, but gas, per diem and lodging paid for by company).
