Experience or skills required:
High school diploma or better, previous office management experience, strong computer skills, self motivated, Microsoft word/excel/power point, good communication skills, good phone skills, punctual, ability to multi task, willingness to learn new computer programs, highly organized and works well with others.
Position duties: Personal assistant tasks, support for 10-12 office persons, answering phone, scanning documents, organizing large documents, creating new office policies, running errands, ordering office supplies, document editing/creating with Microsoft work/excel.
