BARTENDERS/SERVERS/SERVER ASSISTANTS - NOW HIRING
Providing exceptional service and honest hospitality for our guests, neighbors, and friends is what we do at Little Donkey. Our team is made up of genuine, talented, and charasmatic individuals. Your role as a server will be focused on making the guest experience the best that it can be. Arts, worldwide travel, drama, entertainment, and life skills on how to provide an experience are all qualities that make our servers the best of the best.
Responsibilities:
Creating experiences by providing outstanding service to all of our guests
Guide guests through the food and beverage menus by making suggestions based on knowledge of our cooking procedures in our open kitchen and behind our bar.
Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams
Essential Requirements:
Be able to stand, walk, and carry food for long periods of time
English reading and communications skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to maintain high quality guest service
Ability to obtain necessary food and liquor permits
Ability to maintain composure during high-volume shifts (SMILE!)
Preferred Skills:
Prior restaurant or retail experience. Will consider arts and drama backgrounds
Prior experience using Square systems
Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
