JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Maintain electronic and paper files and file room;

-Maintain and update software and hardware including computers, ipads, projector, wireless devices, scanners, printers, etc.

-Maintain file list and update periodically and distribute;

-Run local errands as needed;

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

-Must be able to maintain, organize and keep current both electronic and paper files including electronic court filings;

-Exceptional organizational skills required;

-Must be able to calendar and diary files, deadlines, and maintain inventory of file location;

-Must be capable of learning and operating case management software in conjunction with diary system;

-Must be able to scan, save, and edit .pdf documents and other file formatted documents;

-Computer/technology experience/knowledge base preferred, including Windows 10, IOS (iPad/iPhone), Android, iTunes, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), dropbox, Google drive, other cloud storage, etc.;

-Must be capable of becoming familiar with and maintaining certain firm technology (hardware and software) including: iPad; AppleTV; AirPort Express; projector; trial technology, programs and apps, etc.;
