Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and clerical requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer & vendor relations, good phone skills and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, punctual and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Experience or skills required:
High school diploma or better
Five plus years experience working with QuickBooks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger, General Clerical Duties
Bank reconciliations, Bank deposits
ADP Payroll
Balance and maintain accurate ledgers. Prepare quarterly and monthly sales tax returns.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
