With 4 studios opened since 2012, Mason Music is the fastest growing music lesson business in Birmingham. We are currently interviewing for a Studio Manager in Training for one of our Mason Music studios.
Requirements:
Previous work experience in a customer focused job
Experience working with and executing detailed processes and procedures
Self-organized and Self-motivated to meet goals
Technological Savvy (we use Mac devices)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
This person will be responsible for booking music lesson appointments, communicating with customers, making sales (both retail and lesson based), maintaining company policies and procedures, cleaning the studio, tracking and submitting staff hours to payroll, managing inventory, and building relationships with staff and customers. This is an entry level leadership position that will be given significant training over the course of time and is designed to be promoted to a full time salaried position as the studio grows.
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (possibly some Saturdays 10am-3pm)
