Job Responsibilities:

This position will provide administrative support to our Managing Director. Duties will include scheduling, project tracking, client follow-up, and more. A high school diploma or equivalent, 1 yrs secretarial or admin assist experience required. Qualified applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills, have strong typing skills, be proficient in Internet Research, Word, strong Excel, and Outlook. The person we are seeking must have good organization skills and be able to follow instructions.

Compensation: $10 to $14 per hour based upon experience.

Attire is professional. Must have reliable transportation to get back and forth to work.

Employment is contingent on background check.
