Qualified candidates for this position must be very strong in geometry skills and concepts, proficient in basic math, and have very strong blueprint reading skills. You will be required to inspect and document precision machined parts based on blueprints with many tolerance requirements including size, parallelism, surface finish, concentricity, etc. You must be skilled in using common measuring tools such as O.D. micrometers, depth mics, dial calipers, parallel blocks, inside telescoping mics, height gauges, etc.
